Terms of Service for LeadPrime

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LeadPrime and its domain LeadPrime.link for Executive Leadership Training services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Services, Info Products and Goods
2.1 Executive Leadership Training Services
We provide interactive training programs, workshops and consulting for leadership development. All services are delivered in person or via online sessions as specified in the service agreement.
2.2 Info Products
This category includes digital downloads, e-books, video courses and other downloadable materials provided through LeadPrime.link. Upon purchase, you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the content for personal use.
2.3 Goods
Physical materials such as workbooks, branded merchandise and printed reference guides ordered through LeadPrime.link.
3. Refund Policy
LeadPrime aims to ensure customer satisfaction across our services, info products and goods. The following terms apply.
3.1 Executive Leadership Training Services
Requests for cancellations must be submitted at least seven calendar days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund of payments. Cancellations made between two and six days prior may be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start are not eligible for refund due to resource allocation and preparation costs. You may request to reschedule a session without penalty up to 48 hours before the start time. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
3.2 Info Products
Digital products can be refunded within fourteen calendar days of purchase provided that no download or streaming has occurred. To request a refund, please submit the form at Contact Us. Once approved, refunds will be processed within ten days to the original payment method.
3.3 Goods
Physical goods may be returned within thirty calendar days of receipt if they are in original, unopened condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued within fifteen days to the original payment method or as store credit if preferred.
4. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule Executive Leadership Training Services must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the session start may incur additional fees or be treated as a cancellation.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, content and trademarks provided by LeadPrime are owned by or licensed to LeadPrime and are protected by copyright and related laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LeadPrime and its affiliates shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, info products or goods.
